Korea determined that they did not wish players with high-end items to be hunted specifically for their items, so they made it such that the player still loses the item, but the other player does not gain it.

As with all "working as intended responses" I wish to remind everyone that Jetzen and I do not have the power to override the developers. If the devs have determined that something is working as THEY intend it to work, then that is pretty much the final response. As the people who created it, it is in fact "their" game, and they do get to decide.

but i remember reading somewhere that they took out drops cause it considered gambling. is this true?

I have a known issue to add to the list. The RMT that farm the area called 'elemental grave' (maybe it's called 'grave of spirit' now because of updates???) are back to doing it again, despite numerous complaints sent in to NC. Do something about them, NC, please!

1. Cannot Sell (shop Mode) or otherwise trade Staff Of Ice Queen and Staff of Baphomet (presumably there are other items as well) on PC/Mac. Current workarounds:

• PC Client: type /lang chinese and restart
• Mac: None because after switching to chinese language you cannot type in chat window in any language

IIRC I tried that and it didn't work either...

But, either way, korean or chinese, it is still a bug

Arrows and spears that are thrown by walls such as the arrows in bapho's enterance, and the tunnels between bosses on rv 4f are not showing any animation of them being thrown, but they still are being thrown and so it looks as if hp is draining by itself, but really its those arrows and spears that are auto thrown by the walls.
